Is an item in stock? GuyBuys.com is updated daily, and out of stock products are removed from the website. In the unlikely event you order an item which is not in stock, your order will be placed on backorder and we will notify you promptly. If you do nothing, your order will automatically ship as soon as we replenish stock. If you choose, you may also cancel your order. Please note, your credit card will only be charged once your order has been shipped. If you would like to verify that an item is in stock before placing an order, please contact Customer Service and we will promptly get back to you. How do I track my order? When you place your order, you will immediately receive an order confirmation email. Please save this email as it will contain a link that you can always click on to track your order. Once your order ships, we will also send you a shipment confirmation email. If you are concerned that you have not yet received a tracking number for an order you have placed, please contact Customer Service. We will promptly look up your order and email you the status. When Will I Receive My Order? Next to the order button on each product page is an Estimated Delivery Time link. Click on this link to see approximate delivery dates. The following formula is used to estimate when your order will arrive: Processing Time + Shipping Method = Total Delivery Time Processing Time is the time between ordering a product and that product leaving our warehouse. This is indicated in each product description on our web site, near the Order button. Many of our products have an availability of "Usually ships the next business day." Ground shipments will arrive to you approximately 2-5 business days after it leaves our warehouse. Please note that Guy Buys does not ship on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays. UPS does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday. Shipping Charges Shipping charges are added to your order based on the shipping address, shipping method, and product weight. When checking out, you will be shown your exact order total, including shipping and tax, after you enter your shipping address.You will be allowed to review these charges before entering your credit card information. *Please note that our ordering system may not be able to calculate shipping charges for extremely heavy orders (over 150 lbs). In this case, your shipping charge at check out time will be displayed as zero dollars. For these orders only, Guy Buys will contact your by phone and/or email as soon as possible with the exact shipping charges, which will then be added to your order. |
